About the Job

As a Minibar Attendant, you are responsible for providing basic support and service tasks, aiming for the highest possible customer satisfaction, and the role will include.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that mini bars are properly set up and stocked with a variety of beverages, snacks, and other amenities according to hotel standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of minibar items. Keep track of stock levels, expiration dates, and replenish items as needed.
• Restock mini bars during housekeeping rounds or as requested by guests. Ensure that the mini bar is fully replenished and ready for incoming guests.
• Check the quality of all items in the mini bar, including freshness and expiration dates. Remove any expired or damaged items promptly.
• Perform tasks as per instructions from the immediate supervisor and as per the duty schedule.
• Know all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart and give recommendations to guests upon request.
• Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
• Answer the Room Service telephones when required.
• Report cleanliness and maintenance issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Attend regular training sessions in line with the departmental SOP's, i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, telephone manners, etc.
• Flexible to work in other areas when required by the immediate supervisor.
• Familiar with the company's internal policies and safety procedures and carries out other related tasks entrusted by the Room Service Manager from time to time.

About You

• Preferably diploma / degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experiences in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Committed and reliable.
