We are currently recruiting for a for an Auction Executive- Property Acquisition our client to be based out of Dubai.

Purpose-

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auction Executive to lead our property acquisition efforts through public and private auctions. The ideal candidate will identify undervalued, distressed, or foreclosed assets, conduct thorough due diligence, and execute winning bids.

This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, a sharp eye for market value, and the ability to work under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.

Responsibility-

  • Monitor auction platforms, banks (REO lists), and public records to identify residential/commercial opportunities.
  • Perform rapid, accurate due diligence, including property inspections (virtual or in-person), title searches, and lien checks.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine the maximum bid price (reserve price) and develop bidding strategies to secure properties below market value.
  • Represent the company at live auctions or manage digital bidding on online platforms, ensuring compliance with bidding rules and regulations.
  • Manage the immediate post-auction process, including payment of deposits, contract signing, and coordinating with legal teams for closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with auction houses, banks, brokers, and distressed property owners.
  • Prepare detailed weekly reports on auction activity, investment analysis, and portfolio updates.

Skills-

  • 3 –5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, buying, or auction management, specifically on the buy-side.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of foreclosure processes, title issues, and auction legal requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities for property valuation, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • High integrity, ability to work under pressure, and strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
