Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Video Technician at La Cigale Hotel in Doha, Qatar. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual (AV) systems, including sound systems, projectors, lighting, and video conferencing equipment. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring all AV components are functioning efficiently during events or hotel operations. Collaboration with other departments and event teams to deliver high-quality audio and visual experiences is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) systems management and operation
- Strong troubleshooting skills to promptly resolve technical issues
- Experience with video conferencing systems and projectors
- Knowledge of lighting and audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Prior experience in a hospitality or event environment is an advantage
