Position - AV Design & Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead complete AV system design aligned with project requirements and site conditions

Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and technical proposals

Design solutions for:

Video conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex-ready systems)

Meeting spaces (huddle rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, auditoriums)

Digital signage and LED display systems

Audio systems (BGM, paging, conferencing)

Review tender documents and ensure technical compliance

Select equipment and prepare technical submittals from leading AV manufacturers

Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams for seamless delivery

Conduct site surveys and provide optimized design recommendations

Support execution teams with clarifications and value engineering

Mandatory Requirements

35 years of AV design & estimation experience in the Middle East

CTS Certification

Strong technical expertise in AV systems, conferencing platforms, LED walls, and digital signage

Proven ability to prepare professional proposals, BOQs, and compliance documentation

Familiarity with major AV brands (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Shure, Sennheiser, Bose, etc.)

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, and Excel

Knowledge of AV over IP technologies (Dante, NVX, AVLAN)

Experience with structured cabling and signal flow documentation

Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines
