Audio Visual Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audio Visual Specialist. The Audio Visual Specialist will be responsible for providing audio visual support, installation, and maintenance of Audio Visual (AV) systems. The Audio Visual Specialist will also be responsible for video conferencing, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio visual support, installation, and maintenance of Audio Visual (AV) systems
• Skilled in video conferencing
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good understanding of IT terminology and networking
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CTS-I, CTS-D, and vendor-specific certifications are a plus
