Job Purpose:
- Ensure the efficient and professional execution of all audio-visual (AV) installation works in exhibitions and museums.
- Oversee the entire supply and execution chain, from procurement to operation and final handover.
- Ensure the quality of executed works and compliance with approved technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on the procurement of required devices and technical equipment.
- Supervise the installation of audio-visual display systems on-site, ensuring adherence to designs and technical specifications.
- Conduct performance and operational tests after installation, and document results.
- Manage teams of technicians and contractors during installation processes.
- Handle technical faults and feedback during and after installation.
- Prepare regular technical progress and operational requirements reports.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide technical recommendations for developing display solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV system installations, preferably with experience in exhibitions, museums, or events.
Required Skills:
- Technical knowledge of visual display systems (projectors, LED walls, media servers, touchscreen, signage screens, etc.).
- Familiarity with control and operational systems for audio-visual technologies.
- Ability to read engineering and technical CAD drawings.
- Strong time management and project execution skills.
- Problem-solving skills in installation works with the ability to innovate solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage work teams.
- Quick learner with the ability to acquire technical skills rapidly.
- Proficiency in English communication (Arabic is preferred).
