Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Growth & Solutions Analyst to unlock the untapped potential within our audit client base. This role involves analyzing client operations, identifying service gaps, and facilitating cross-selling opportunities for Tax, Accounting, Payroll, and IT consultancy divisions. Acting as the bridge between technical audit findings and commercial advisory solutions, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Mining: Review audit files, management letter points, and internal control memos to identify operational weaknesses where other divisions can provide solutions (e.g., weak IT controls IT Consultancy).
- Competitor Analysis: Map out current service providers for Tax, Payroll, and Accounting. Analyze fee structures and service levels to propose competitive switching strategies.
- Auditor Liaison: Conduct debriefs with Audit Seniors and Managers at audit closing stages to extract insights on client pain points (e.g., CFO stressed due to payroll staff turnover).
- Cross-Department Coordination: Organize and lead meetings between audit clients and directors from Tax/IT/Outsourcing to present tailored proposals.
- Proposal Development: Assist in drafting scope-of-work proposals that align with client needs and highlight the benefits of a one-stop-shop solution.
- Revenue Tracking: Maintain a pipeline tracker of leads generated from the Audit division and report referral revenue to Audit Partners.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Highly Preferred: Semi-qualified CA, ACCA, or CPA (Part-qualified).
- Additional Preference: Certification in Data Analysis or Business Development.
- Experience:
- Minimum 35 years total experience.
- Must have: At least 2 years in an external audit or accounting firm.
- Preferred: Experience in Account Management, Client Success, or roles involving client interaction beyond compliance.

- Technical Literacy: Ability to read financial statements and audit reports to identify triggers for additional services (e.g., high penalties need for Tax/Compliance services).
