We are seeking an experienced Australian Immigration Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Australian migration processes, visa categories, compliance standards, and client advisory. This role includes end-to-end case management, client assessment, documentation, and liaison with authorities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct eligibility assessments for various Australian visa categories (Skilled Migration, Partner/Family, Student, Visitor, Business/Investor, Employer Sponsored visas, etc.).
- Advise clients on migration pathways, documentation requirements, timelines, and risks.
- Prepare and review visa submissions including Expressions of Interest (EOI), Skills Assessments, and visa applications.
- Coordinate with Australian regulatory bodies, education institutions, skills assessment authorities, and relevant departments.
- Manage client cases from initial assessment to visa approval, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of migration laws, policy updates, and procedural changes.
- Handle client meetings, consultations, and updates professionally and confidentially.
- Build and maintain client relationships and referral networks.
- Support marketing initiatives, information sessions, and consultation events.
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and progress logs in line with internal processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Australian immigration or visa advisory.
- Demonstrated success managing skilled migration, student, or partner visa cases.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Migration Law, eligibility criteria, and case preparation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organisation, and case handling accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Fluent in English
- Certification as a Registered Migration Agent (MARN) is an advantage.
