Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical faults, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Inspect and repair alternators, starters, batteries, ignition systems, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot ECU, ABS, airbags, and other electronic control systems.
- Install and repair electrical accessories such as GPS, alarms, radios, and cameras.
- Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify faults accurately.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce electrical failures.
- Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Follow safety standards and workshop procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Auto Electrical or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 25 years of experience as an Auto Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and wiring diagrams.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
