We are hiring for one of our clients, Auto Loan Sales Officer.
1. Job Purpose
The Auto Loan Sales Officer/Sr. Officer is responsible for acquiring and converting leads for Valu's auto financing products. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, conducting client assessments, maintaining strong dealership relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal and external regulations.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Generate, qualify, and convert leads for auto loan products through dealership visits, outbound activities, and referral networks.
Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion KPIs, and daily activity requirements.
Maintain an updated and accurate pipeline across all assigned channels.
Customer Engagement
Conduct client financial assessments to determine eligibility and recommend suitable loan options.
Provide clear explanations of product features, payment terms, and required documentation.
Follow up promptly on pending applications to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Dealer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships to ensure consistent lead flow.
Support dealers with product awareness, quick issue resolution, and customer handling guidance.
Ensure Valu's brand standards and service quality are upheld across all partner touchpoints.
Documentation & Compliance
Collect, verify, and submit all required documents accurately and within SLA.
Ensure full compliance with Valu policies, and regulatory standards.
Adjust applications in line with internal audit, credit, and risk guidelines.
Reporting & Internal Coordination
Update sales trackers with all customer interactions and pipeline status.
Provide daily/weekly performance and activity reports to the Line Manager.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Credit, and Customer Support to ensure smooth application processing.
3. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree is a must.
Proven sales experience, preferably in banking, auto loans, or consumer finance.
Field sales or dealership experience is a plus.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
