Auto Parts Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt for an Auto Parts Sales Representative. The individual in this role will assist customers in identifying and selecting auto parts, process sales orders efficiently, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, building strong customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage sales inquiries and support customers effectively.

• Knowledge of Auto Parts and related automotive products and services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Retail Sales and Order Processing
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or sales roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, automotive, or a related field
