Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, design, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with AutoCAD in a professional setting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture (AW).
Strong skills in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and presentation.
Excellent understanding of architectural and design principles.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our design team to create and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and 3D models for various projects.
Transform conceptual sketches and ideas into accurate and aesthetically pleasing design plans.
Use AutoCAD Architecture (AW) to create architectural designs and plans.
Apply your skills in SketchUp to create 3D visualizations of design concepts.
Enhance and manipulate project visuals using Photoshop for presentations and client communication.
Ensure that all designs and drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
Manage and organize design files, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of project documents.
Keep up to date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
