Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Jiddah, for an Autodesk Construction Cloud Technical Support Specialist. The Specialist will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Autodesk Construction Cloud products, ensuring effective use of the software for project management. Responsibilities include offering training to team members, resolving technical issues promptly, supporting software implementation, and ensuring project data accuracy and efficiency in collaboration with construction and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and its application in project management
• Knowledge in areas such as Construction and Architecture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with stakeholders across various teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
