Ideal Candidate Background- Technician-level professional (not engineer) with practical site experience
- Background in Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics (Diploma or ITI)
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial, utilities, or MEP projects
- Experience working on-site (not office-based role)
Core CompetenciesElectrical & Panel Works- Skilled in control panel wiring and modifications
- Experience in cable pulling, glanding, and termination
- Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and layouts
- Familiar with PLC panels (e.g., Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation) – hardware only
Instrumentation Skills- Hands-on experience with:
- Pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments
- Control valves and actuators
- Ability to:
- Install and connect instruments properly
- Perform basic calibration and loop checks
- Read P&IDs and loop diagrams
Testing & Troubleshooting- Capable of performing:
- Loop checking and I/O verification
- Continuity and insulation testing
- Basic fault finding and component replacement
- Familiar with tools like multimeter, megger, and loop calibrator
Behavioral Traits- Practical, detail-oriented, and disciplined
- Able to follow instructions from engineers and supervisors
- Strong safety awareness on site
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with basic communication skills (English required)
