Mandatory details/Skills

  • Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and selecting the correct spare parts.
  • Manage parts counter sales and ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular monitoring and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure availability of parts.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and documentation related to parts sales.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of spare parts in the warehouse.
  • Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and report to management.
  • Support workshop operations by ensuring timely availability of required parts.
  • Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system (ERP).
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
