About the role:

An Automotive Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience while driving vehicle sales and achieving business targets. The role involves understanding client needs, providing expert product guidance, and managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and aftersales follow-up. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and in-depth market knowledge are essential to build long-term client relationships and represent the brand professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and successfully close sales
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Coordinate test drives and clearly explain vehicle benefits
  • Handle sales documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with finance, insurance, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Good understanding of automotive products, features, and market trends
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
