Our diversified portfolio includes sectors such as Automotive, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics. We are currently seeking a Service Manager- Aftersales Strategy & OEM Relations--to-join our Automotive Dealership division in Dubai.

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide strategic leadership for the service and aftersales function across passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and commercial equipment, with a strong focus on OEM alignment, service product development, pricing strategy, and campaign governance. The role acts as the primary interface with OEMs and is accountable for building scalable service offerings, driving customer retention, and enabling sustainable aftersales profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Service Set-Up

Ensure the service organisation is technically compliant and fully aligned with OEM service standards, tooling, systems, training, and facility requirements.

Provide technical governance across workshops, ensuring service readiness for new model and equipment launches.

Act as the escalation point for complex technical, warranty, and OEM-related service matters.

Service Product Development & Retention

Design, launch, and continuously improve service products including service contracts, extended warranties, AMC programs, and customer retention initiatives.

Define service product structures, eligibility, pricing logic, and margin targets in alignment with OEM guidelines.

Monitor and drive the sales performance of service products and packages in coordination with Sales, Aftersales, and Marketing teams.

Service Pricing & Packages

Develop and govern service pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and OEM compliance.

Oversee the creation, approval, and periodic review of service packages across vehicles, equipment, and customer segments.

Ensure transparent pricing, discount governance, and alignment with OEM-approved labour rates and parts pricing frameworks.

OEM Campaign & Recall Management

Lead and manage all OEM-driven service campaigns, including commercial campaigns, warranty enhancement programs, and recalls.

Ensure timely planning, execution, reporting, and closure of campaigns in line with OEM requirements.

Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure customer communication, parts availability, technical readiness, and compliance reporting.

OEM Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact with OEMs on all service-related topics.

Lead OEM audits, reviews, and performance discussions related to service quality, campaign execution, and product compliance.

Represent the dealership in OEM service councils, technical forums, and regional review meetings.

Performance Oversight & Governance

Define service KPIs related to service product penetration, pricing effectiveness, campaign execution, and retention.

Review performance dashboards and intervene at a strategic level where gaps are identified.

Provide direction and oversight to operational service teams without direct involvement in day-to-day workshop activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering (mandatory).

10+ years of senior aftersales or service leadership experience within automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy equipment dealerships.

Strong experience in OEM-aligned service setup, pricing governance, and service product development.

Proven track record managing OEM campaigns, recalls, and service programs.
