Job Description

Job Title: Automotive Technical Support and Training Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products
  • Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers
  • Develop and maintain training materials and manuals
  • Train employees on new automotive technologies and procedures
  • Stay updated on the latest industry developments and incorporate them into training programs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions
  • Participate in product development and testing to provide feedback on technical aspects
  • Travel to customer sites for on-site technical support and training as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Provide technical support during product launches and events
  • Assist with developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or training in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technology and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
