Job Scope: Middle East

Work Location: UAE

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual training plans based on the company's strategy, and conduct on-site technical training for distributors/general agents in the middle eastern countries (UAE, KSA etc.).
• After participating in the new model technical training at headquarters, provide localized technical training and conduct on-site evaluation of the training effectiveness.
• Regularly conduct capacity assessments of technical personnel for distributors or general agents. Continuously enhance the capabilities of distributor technical personnel, etc.
• Responsible for monitoring the training process of technical managers of distributors and evaluating the training effectiveness.
• Develop technical training materials and conduct follow-up technical training based on the local fault issues of relevant vehicle models.
• Focus on the development and capacity enhancement of dealer personnel to ensure the technical level of the team.
• Development of after-sales technical training materials, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, whole vehicle low-voltage electrical systems, and three-electric systems for new energy vehicles.
• Online and offline training and practical implementation for technical directors, technical managers, technical training instructors, and maintenance personnel of overseas general agents, subsidiaries, or joint ventures.
• Design of training course content, format, and classroom teaching design.
• Development and implementation of technical level training materials for fuel, electric, and hybrid vehicles (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
• Development and implementation of training materials for certification of key positions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering
• More than 5 years of middle east automotive technical training experience
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English (specific to automotive engineering)
• Skilled in developing technical training materials and practical technical capabilities (for fuel, electric, and hybrid vehicles)
• Valid UAE Driving License
