Role Overview:
This new role is a unique opportunity for the right Aviation-Experienced Recruiter to work closely with the company owners, within a dynamic aviation-focused agency.
The role requires you to be fully accountable for the full 360 of the recruitment function - including Business development. You will be expected to bring new clients on board, as well as sourcing Aviation candidates to meet current and new mandates.
You will also be required to deliver the full 360 employment lifecycle journey of the candidate - from sourcing through to onboarding them into their new employment.
Renaissance is regularly present at leading international aviation conferences ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry and in contact with our international network which will allow you to continually strengthen our brand and industry presence.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes:
- Manage the full 360 lifecycle of both client's and candidates requirements and expectations.
- Be proactive, passionate and self-motivated, with a strong negotiation skills.
- Minimum 4 years experience in the aviation industry within a HR and Recruitment setting. In-house and agency-side experienced is welcomed.
- Must be able to meet targets and deadlines independently. You will be given all the tools to be successful and there is a starting database available.

- Responsible for business development internationally across the Aviation industry, you will be expected to bring on new clients quarterly.
