Job Description
To lead the enterprise-wide automation strategy and platform ownership for reconciliation systems, ensuring scalable, accurate, and resilient processes across high-volume transaction accounts. The role will be responsible for enhancing auto-matching logic, reducing manual breaks, improving reconciliation efficiency through AI-based platforms like Cypher, and aligning reconciliation capabilities with evolving business needs and technology standards. This includes close coordination with Technology, Internal Controls, and Business Operations teams to proactively resolve platform gaps, define SLA thresholds, and drive forward the automation agenda across Nostro, Sundry, Internal, VAT, and other key reconciliation types.
