We are looking for a highly connected and commercially driven AWS Alliance Manager to lead and expand a strategic hyperscaler partnership across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia.
Based in Riyadh, this role will be instrumental in building deep, on-the-ground relationships with AWS local leadership and sales teams, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and accelerating cloud-led growth across key enterprise and public sector accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the AWS alliance strategy across the Middle East, with a strong focus on KSA market growth
- Build and maintain strong, local relationships with AWS teams in Saudi Arabia, including sales, partner, and leadership stakeholders
- Drive joint account planning and co-sell motions with AWS to generate pipeline and close opportunities
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities across enterprise and government sectors in KSA
- Lead joint go-to-market campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with AWS priorities in the region
- Enable internal sales teams on AWS offerings, propositions, and co-selling best practices
- Work closely with delivery and solutions teams to align capabilities with AWS-led opportunities
- Track pipeline, revenue performance, and alliance KPIs, ensuring consistent reporting and forecasting
- Represent the organization in AWS regional events, executive briefings, and partner forums
Requirements
- 812+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or cloud business development
- Proven, existing relationships with AWS teams in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of the KSA market, including enterprise and/or public sector landscape
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through AWS or hyperscaler partnerships
- Experience working within system integrators, consulting firms, or large technology organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at senior/executive level
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, high-growth environment
- Experience with AWS co-sell programs, funding mechanisms, and partner ecosystem
- Knowledge of cloud migration, application modernization, data, and AI use cases
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in KSA
