You will define the architectural foundation that powers the AI Center's ability to serve telecom and fintech use cases at scale — designing for millions of daily events, strict regulatory requirements, and fast-moving business needs.
ROLE MISSION
Define and govern data architecture patterns supporting AI, BI, and automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define lakehouse and warehouse architecture patterns to support telecom analytics (network performance, subscriber management) and fintech reporting (revenue, fraud, credit portfolios)
- Guide data engineers on design decisions, platform standards, and best practices
- Align architecture with governance and security requirements for sensitive customer, network, and financial data
- Design scalable data models for Customer 360, network analytics, fraud detection, and financial regulatory reporting
- Evaluate and recommend data technologies aligned with the Azure and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
Must-have Skills
- Azure data architecture (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric, Data Lake)
- Enterprise data modelling (dimensional, lakehouse, medallion architecture)
- Governance and security alignment
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience architecting data platforms for telecom or financial services
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for data governance
- Experience with real-time and streaming architectures
