Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B1 English Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. In this position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. You will collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery, contributing to exceptional customer support operations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and improving Customer Experience
- Experience in Customer Support and delivering top-notch service as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong communication skills in B1-level English
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain professionalism
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computers and customer support softwar
