About Kaimen
Kaimen is a corporate wellness platform. Companies subscribe, employees get access to gyms, classes, recovery facilities, coaching, therapy, healthy meals, and more, all through one membership. We handle operations. HR gets one invoice and a usage report. Simple.

What you'll do:
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, negotiation, closing
Find and qualify target companies (startups, SMEs, corporates) across Egypt
Run outreach across every channel that works — email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, cold calls, in-person events
Present Kaimen to HR leaders, CFOs, founders, and people & culture teams
Close annual contracts and hit revenue targets
Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and represent Kaimen
Give us feedback on positioning, pricing, and what the market is actually saying

What we need from you:
Real B2B sales experience in Egypt, you've closed deals with startups, corporates, and SMEs
An existing network of decision-makers (HR, operations, founders) you can tap into
You can write cold outreach that actually gets replies
Strong negotiation skills, you've sat across the table and walked away with a signed contract
Comfortable presenting to a room or on a video call
Self-directed, you don't need a manager telling you what to do every morning
Hunter mentality. Pipeline doesn't build itself.
