Role Description

This is a full-time on-site B2B role based in Kuwait City. The responsibilities include building and nurturing strong relationships with business clients, identifying potential partnerships, and managing contracts. The role involves presenting services to corporate customers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and achieve business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, including identifying opportunities and building long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills, ensuring clear and persuasive interactions with clients
• Experience in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for meeting business goals
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
• Previous experience in the laundry, facilities, or service industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
