Role Description
We are hiring a field B2B Business Development Executive / Representative to build relationships with contractors, developers, and industrial clients in the Eastern Province, qualify opportunities, and coordinate RFI data collection to support proposal submissions.
#Key responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits and build/manage a weekly sales pipeline (Contractors / Developers / Industrial).
Convert opportunities into RFQs and collect client inputs/documents via RFI.
Coordinate communication between clients and SNC delivery team (no technical proposal writing required).
Weekly pipeline reporting (Excel).
Qualifications
Fresh graduate or junior profile is acceptable if highly motivated and field-ready.
Preference for exposure to engineering/contracting/industrial services.
Valid driving license + own car (mandatory) transportation allowance provided.
Strong Arabic + working English.
Strong follow-up and organization; comfortable with weekly targets.
