Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Business Development Specialist based in Heliopolis, with the flexibility for some remote work. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, building and fostering relationships with potential clients, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also contribute to lead generation efforts and support sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding Customer Service in a professional environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
  • Prior experience in B2B business development preferred in outsourcing
