About the Role
We are seeking a B2B Flights Fulfillment Specialist to support and manage flight bookings and post-booking operations for corporate and B2B clients. This role requires strong hands-on experience with GDS systems, airline communication, and ticketing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B flight bookings, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations
- Work extensively with Amadeus and Sabre GDS to manage flight transactions
- Coordinate professionally with airlines regarding schedules, fares, and BSP matters
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with ticketing and fare rules
- Support operational queues and manage cases within defined SLAs
- Handle urgent requests and escalations efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records
Hiring Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre GDS, and BSP
- Strong professional communication skills with airlines
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Rotational days off as per team schedule
- Full-time, on-site role (remote work not available)
- No annual leave during the first 3 months (probation period)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
