We are looking for a talented B2B Key Account Manager for our Dubai office. In this role, you will drive integrated B2B sales across Samsung's full portfolio under the One Samsung Strategy and build strategic partnerships with corporate, public sector, and semi-government clients, positioning Samsung as a trusted end-to-end technology solutions provider.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key corporate, public sector, and semi-government accounts, positioning Samsung as a long-term partner.
  • Drive integrated solution selling by bundling multiple Samsung product categories and collaborating across divisions for tailored proposals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand account footprint, and lead major tenders and contracts.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends, translating insights into strategic proposals and providing accurate forecasting.
  • Lead proposal development and negotiations, ensuring profitable and compliant deal structures.
  • Oversee post-sales relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate internally with product, technical, marketing, and operations teams to support the One Samsung strategy and ensure successful solution delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 812 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or Key Account Management.
  • Proven track record in selling integrated technology solutions and managing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience working with corporate and public sector clients.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise procurement processes and long sales cycles.
  • Strategic account planning with strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical thinking, forecasting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership
  • Results-driven with a long-term relationship focus.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
