About the Role :
Home Healers is a growing home healthcare platform in Saudi Arabia, providing physiotherapy, nursing, and rehabilitation services at home.
We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us build partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, and corporates.
This role focuses on generating qualified meetings — not closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and build targeted lists of companies (hospitals, insurance, corporates)
Research and find decision-makers (CEO, Medical Director, HR, etc.)
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and cold email
Send follow-ups and maintain communication with prospects
Book qualified meetings for the management team
Track all outreach activities using CRM or spreadsheets
Continuously improve outreach performance and response rates
Requirements :
Experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, or similar roles
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
Experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)
Strong written communication skills in English
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
