Job Summary :
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive (SaaS) to drive our customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles, and demonstrating the strategic value of our software solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a hunter mentality, capable of managing a robust pipeline from lead generation to closing. You will succeed by deeply understanding client pain points and articulating how our SaaS platform provides a scalable, efficient solution to their business challenges.
Job Purpose:
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business clients in Saudi Arabia expanding existing accounts, and positioning as a leading recruitment solution. The role focuses on selling a SaaS-based job board platform, helping companies optimize their hiring processes and access top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the *KSA* market (HR leaders, recruiters, business owners)
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → demo → negotiation → closing
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and improve offerings
• Stay updated on HR tech trends, recruitment challenges, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment platforms)
• Experience working with or selling to the Saudi (KSA) market is highly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
