Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide the B2B sales team to achieve business targets and ensure consistent performance across all accounts.
  • Lead loyalty product initiatives, ensuring smooth integration of loyalty programs into the sales and client lifecycle.
  • Conduct and support product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating product value and benefits.
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective handling of each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Support contract and pricing negotiations to close deals while ensuring mutual value and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are met and issues are promptly resolved.
  • Monitor and report on team sales performance, pipeline activity, and key KPIs through CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support to enhance productivity and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Fintech or digital services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing client portfolios.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills, balancing client satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, from prospecting to account management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain solid business relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address client challenges proactively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
