You'll be at the heart of Up-Fuse's next expansion, developing and managing partnerships with corporates, embassies, NGOs, and retailers who want to align their brands with sustainability and social impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end B2B growth strategy from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, project delivery, and long-term account management.
- Identify, approach, and close deals with corporate clients, NGOs, and retail partners seeking sustainable gifting, branded merchandise, or upcycling collaborations.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership decks aligned with client brand goals and CSR initiatives.
- Manage production timelines, ensuring smooth coordination between design, workshop, and client-servicing teams.
- Oversee project execution to guarantee timely, high-quality delivery.
- Create post-project reports highlighting key outcomes, visibility metrics, and partnership impact.
- Co-develop creative concepts for B2B product lines and brand activations that reflect Up-Fuse's sustainability story.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to transform client briefs into meaningful, eco-conscious solutions.
- Ensure all collaborations communicate Up-Fuse's values and environmental mission.
- Build awareness for new B2B offerings through LinkedIn, newsletters, and digital storytelling.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns that showcase partnership success and social impact.
- Represent Up-Fuse at events, sustainability forums, and industry networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, ideally in sustainability, design, or social enterprise.
- Proven success in closing B2B deals or managing strategic corporate partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (in English & Arabic).
- Experience in proposal writing, pitching, and partnership strategy.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing tools, CRMs, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
