Key Responsibilities (AI Solutions/Hunter Focus)
- Own new logo acquisition across the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain), with clear revenue and pipeline targets.
- Build pipeline from zero through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, ecosystem partners, and executive networking.
- Identify and qualify greenfield opportunities, strategic accounts, and high-value enterprise prospects.
- Develop and execute account-based selling (ABS/ABM) strategies for priority targets.
- Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, value positioning, solution design, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
- Engage and influence C-level executives, VPs, and decision-makers, positioning the company as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
- Create compelling value-based proposals, ROI cases, and business justification decks tailored to regional buying drivers.
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving system integrators, hyperscalers, and local partners.
- Navigate government and enterprise procurement processes, including RFPs, tenders, and framework agreements.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to shape solutions aligned with customer pain points.
- Represent the company at industry events, closed-door executive forums, and networking sessions to generate new opportunities.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and deal qualification
Required Skills & Experience
- 37+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in IT, SaaS, AI, telecom, fintech, or digital platforms.
- Proven hunter track record of consistently achieving or exceeding new business targets.
- Demonstrated success in opening new markets or building a territory from scratch in the Middle East.
- Strong experience with outbound sales, cold calling, social selling, and executive-level prospecting.
- Deep understanding of GCC business culture, buying cycles, and relationship-driven sales.
- Ability to sell complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring.
- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks: cloud, SaaS, APIs, mobile/web platforms, data & AI.
- Experience working with system integrators and regional partners.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and rejection.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
