Job Title: B2B Sales Director (Emirati)

Role Purpose:
The B2B Sales Director will spearhead the strategic direction and growth of the B2B business, leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. This role will identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, drive improvements in sales performance, and optimize the product and service portfolio to enhance revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction, positioning the company as a preferred partner in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the B2B vision and strategy to drive long-term growth, revenue, market share, and client retention.
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying new markets, categories, and opportunities, including expanding the FF&E offering and brand portfolio.
- Drive overall sales performance, pricing strategy, forecasting, and profitability in line with margin and financial targets.
- Oversee major projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors, ensuring quality delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction.
- Lead market and competitive intelligence to enable data-driven decisions and risk mitigation.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships, delivering tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Represent the company at key industry events and exhibitions, strengthening B2B brand presence and partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing B2B team, promoting accountability and a performance-driven culture.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and the company's Dare Today, Change Tomorrow agenda across B2B operations.
Qualifications/education
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a relevant field

- 10+ years experience in a similar role in Home Retail or Hospitality
