Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive for a gym equipment distribution business, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with gym owners, fitness centers, and other potential clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with potential clients in order to achieve the sales target. During your shift, when you are not meeting clients, you will be at the store managing walk in clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Present our gym and fitness equipment products and services to potential clients effectively.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Sell the products to the walk in clients in the store.
You will be part of the installation or maintenance process for clients to ensure we are providing the optimal service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
Strong understanding of the gym/sports equipment market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Results-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
