Podium is a dynamic company operating in the Egyptian market, specializing in the wholesale and B2B sales of high-quality sportswear and tactical gear. We are looking for energetic and professional Sales Executives to join our growing team and help us maintain strong relationships with our corporate and business clients.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage daily sales operations and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a presentable, organized professional who can handle customer follow-ups efficiently and represent the Podium brand image effectively in the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations: Manage day-to-day sales activities, handling inquiries, and processing orders for B2B clients.

Client Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and secure repeat business.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate customers and wholesale buyers.

Database Management: Update customer records and sales data accurately using Microsoft Excel or internal systems.

Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of our sportswear and tactical product lines to recommend the right solutions to clients.

Reporting: Assist in preparing simple sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, retail, or the fashion/sports industry.

Appearance: Must be presentable with a professional demeanor, suitable for meeting corporate clients.

Language Skills: Good command of English (Intermediate level or above) and native Arabic is required.

Technical Skills: Average to good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to manage spreadsheets, filter data, and input orders).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Organized with the ability to manage time effectively.

Eagerness to learn and achieve sales targets.

Sales Manager
