Job Description

B2B Sales officer should drive business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and increasing sales. He/she should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Achievement of assigned sales target.
  • Identify and pursuing new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Guarantee clients retention.
  • Deliver professional presentations and negotiate contracts. Finalising agreements and collecting new orders.
  • Expand the client's product portfolio and increase the average customer transaction value.
  • Manage and reduce overdue payments.
  • Keep sales records and update Kan-ban boards.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and securing new business.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Kanban).
  • UAE Driving license is a must.
  • Arabic Language required.
