Sales Specialist – Outdoors
Description
We're seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Outdoors Division. This role focuses
on B2B sales, building long-term relationships with customers, and driving
business growth through strategic client portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads in the outdoors sector
• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing clients
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and key sales metrics
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record in sales and customer retention

• Proficient in English
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
• Excellent customer relationship management
• Microsoft Office, Slack, ERP systems
