We're Hiring | Sales Supervisor (Saudi Only)
Location: Jeddah & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations, ensure smooth order fulfillment and invoicing, support inventory and demand planning, lead the sales team toward achieving business targets, and focuses on strengthening relationships with key clients and managing NUPCO Marketplace activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales activities and analyze performance reports
- Follow up on sales orders, delivery status, and invoicing progress
- Prepare and execute weekly sales plans aligned with business targets
- Conduct regular field visits with key and strategic clients
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence
- Manage NUPCO activities, including requests, POs, listings, and delivery follow-ups
- Support quotations, tenders, collections, and ERP-based sales processes
- Review stock availability and align inventory with sales demand
- Lead, coach, and follow up with the sales team through regular performance reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical Consumables and Devices (Sales and Marketing)
- 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and end-to-end sales processes
- NUPCO Tendering experience is a strong advantage
