Accurately log all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking and outbound prospecting.
Conduct active and methodical strategic prospecting campaigns (Strategic Outreach) to identify and qualify new B2B clients and open new sales channels.
Maintain accurate records on CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client's requirements.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Strong negotiation, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are highly desirable
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue.
