Job description:
- Accurately log all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct active and methodical strategic prospecting campaigns (Strategic Outreach) to identify and qualify new B2B clients and open new sales channels.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client's requirements.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are highly desirable
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue.
Job Specifications:
- A qualification relevant to the field.
- Two to five years of experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
