Job Description

At WorkBrand, B2B Sales is not about transactions; it's about Relationship Architecture. Your mission is to identify, approach, and partner with corporations and startups that require a premium environment and professional growth. You will be the bridge between our high-end Office Spaces, Strategic Consulting, and Media Services, and the businesses that need them to scale. You are a consultant first and a closer second.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Prospecting: Identify and target high-value B2B leads, from SMEs to multinational corporations, through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze client business needs and customize The WorkBrand Solutionintegrating workspace, creative media, and strategic consulting.
  • Portfolio Presentation: Conduct high-level presentations and site tours for corporate decision-makers, showcasing the WorkBrand lifestyle and professional standards.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the entire B2B sales cycle, from initial lead generation and proposal drafting to high-stakes negotiation and contract closing.
  • Strategic Networking: Represent WorkBrand Group at industry events and business forums to expand our corporate footprint.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 35+ years of proven success in B2B Sales (Experience in Real Estate, Corporate Services, or Consulting is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English and Arabic (Written & Verbal), with the ability to converse at the C-suite level.
  • Negotiation: A master of the Win-Win negotiation style; able to handle complex corporate contracts and long-term service agreements.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand a client's business model and pitch the most relevant services from our multi-faceted group.
  • Professionalism: An impeccable professional image and executive presence.
