Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
- Identify decision-makers and present company products/services.
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales when possible.
Requirements & Qualifications:- Proven experience inB2B telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to speak confidently with business owners and managers.
- Target-driven with a strong closing mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent follow-up and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
