Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo for a Call Center Specialist. The specialist will handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, providing product and service information, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and adhering to company policies and best practices. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities are vital for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus
  • Graduated from faculty of Commerce, Law, Arts or any related field
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and managing interactions in Contact Centers
