About the Role
GO Physical Therapy is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth internal processes, manage documentation, and assist the team with coordination tasks in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize internal documents and digital records.
Provide administrative support to different departments.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
Handle professional email correspondence and follow-ups.
Assist with reports and data tracking when needed.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
Qualifications
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
Previous experience in administrative or back-office roles is preferred.
