Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Backend support for telecom/FTTH operations
  • Update service orders, activations, and fault closures
  • Coordinate with field teams and NOC
  • Maintain records, reports, and system data
  • Support inventory and documentation

Requirements:


  • 13 years back office experience (telecom preferred)
  • Good MS Excel and email skills
  • Basic telecom/FTTH knowledge
