Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Bancassurance Specialist at MetLife in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Bancassurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between MetLife and the bank partner.
- Promote MetLife's life and health insurance products to bank customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of life and health insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
