ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

We are looking for a Bank Delegate who is responsible for coordinating and handling day-to-day banking transactions and related administrative activities. This role acts as a liaison between the company, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of cash, cheques, payments, and supporting finance operations in compliance with.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle head office cash reimbursements with the Head Office Cashier for USD, EUR, and EGP currencies.
  • Coordinate with banks to receive cheque books based on approved request forms from the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
  • Manage requests related to certified cheques with the bank.
  • Obtain signature validity and verification from authorized signatories on bank-required documents.
  • Handle government payments by delivering fully approved and signed requests to the bank and collecting stamped final documents.
  • Deliver contracts and related documents to the Controlling team as required.
  • Process foreign suppliers payments using manual payment forms.
  • Support the finance team in invoice processing and Travel & Expense (T&E) activities to ensure timely posting and compliance with company policies.

ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of banking procedures, payments, and financial documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
